Dedicated Business Team

Bulk dedicated business team operates 14 owned and 2 BBC capesize bulk carriers ranging from 150,000dwt to 207,000dwt transporting iron ore and coking coal from Australia, Brazil, South Africa and Canada to Korea under the long-term COA (Contracts of Affreightment) with POSCO (Pohang Iron & Steel Co). The team also operates 1 owned handymax bulk carrier of 38,393dwt transporting steel products or coal under the long-term COA with POSCO, and operates 3 owned capesize bulk carriers raging from 126,000dwt to 149,000dwt transporting steaming coal from Australia, South Africa, Canada, Indonesia and Russia to Korea under the long-term COA with KEPCO (Korean Electric Power Co.). Hanjin Shipping provides the best transportation service to POSCO for their stable import of iron ore and coking coal and export of steel products, and to KEPCO for their stable import of steaming coal.
