Ltd., which is founded in 1949 and listed on Korea Stock Exchange(KSE) in
1956 as one of the oldest members and major component stocks of the
KOSPI 200 Index. On December 1st, 2009, the former Hanjin Shipping was
divided into Hanjin Shipping Holdings focusing on managing the subsidiaries
and Hanjin Shipping Co., Ltd, which maintains full control over the
